I have 10 properties... and I run a business... yes, it is my fault that I didn't catch this earlier on but why oh why does the government think its so great to expose landlords to this massive risk - people on benefits are (generally) not cash rich... if they get a cheque for several hundred pounds many of them have it spent before they've even given their landlord a thought!<br /><br />Stupid, stupid, stupid idiots who run this country!
