		<description>Thank you for posting that.  The case involves a sale rather than a rented property, but it is good to see that companies are being prosecuted for witholding relevant information from purchasers.  

I note that the spokesperson for the Council said that they do not like taking business to court and would rather avoid it.  This is not a particuarly helpful attitude from the consumers point of view.</description>

		<description>I watched the BBC documentary about the shoddy practices at Foxtons. So I expect this big name to go bust! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But nope, they have gone from strength to strength. They have opened more branches and I see their signs everywhere!</description>
