		<description>That is really interesting Ben.  So far as the Scottish forms are concerned, I suspect these are downloaded from free sites on the internet.  It is not always clearly explained on these sites that these forms are *only* applicable for Scottish property.  

Love the bye law story!  I suppose these organisations are economising by cutting back on staff training ...</description>

		<description>I work in the tenancy relations field so am always looking for defective paperwork to prevent homelessness and I have to say that the vast majority of notices I see are completely invalid, even from local accommmodation agents (no surprises there then). Most are just written on notepaper and when we do see Oyez forms often the wrong timescale is given (usually 28 days) and if it is a S8 landlords and agents dont seem to understand the requirement for entering the grounds for possession. In the past 2 weks i have seen to notices for ground only claims agaist AST&#039;s using a S33 notice for Scottish AST&#039;s, where landlords get these in london is a mystery</description>
