The Problogger 7 link challenge

Its good to rise to a challenge sometimesLike many people who blog, I am a great admirer and reader of Problogger, written by Australian Darren Rowse.  He has issued a 7 link challenge on his blog today.  As it might be quite interesting for readers, here are my seven links:

1. My First Post.  This is called My first posting and was written on 17 February 2006!  Quite a while ago now.

2. The post I enjoyed writing the most.  This is really difficult as I have been writing the blog such a long time.  However Something I said? was rather amusing and also brought me in touch with Susan Cartier Liebel in the United States.

3. A post which had a great discussion.  Lots of Landlord Law Blog posts have good discussions but I thought the discussion following my post TDS increases prices for agents using arbitration scheme was particularly interesting.  Many thanks to all who contributed.

4. A post on someone else’s blog I wish I’d written.  This is a difficult one as both Nearly Legal and the Pain Smith blog have great posts on my niche.  However instead I am going to go slightly off topic and nominate a great post I read on Birds on Blog called The Landlady : Mr Hollywood Hotshot.  The writer is a lady trucker from the UK living in Canada.  Please read it.

5. My most helpful post.  This is another difficult one as I have (or I hope I have) written a lot of helpful posts.  I am going to cheat slightly here and give the index page for my 31 days of tips for Landlords on tenancy agreements.  If you are a landlord and are worried about a tenancy agreement issue, that page (or rather the pages linked from it) will help you greatly.

6. A post with a title I am proud of.  I was quite pleased with Five tips to help you deal with your tenants rent arrears before they happen.  Its been quite a popular post (or at least so my stats tell me) but no-one has commented yet.

7. A post I wish more people had read.  Another hard one.  I know I was very disappointed not to get any comments on my post Why can’t tenancy deposits by for more than two months rent?  A lot of thought went into that post and it would have been nice to have got some feedback.

Well, thats my Problogger challenge done.  What do you think of my choices?  What would you have chosen?
