The Landlord Law Blog from Tessa Shepperson
Tessa is an English solicitor who specialises in residential landlord and tenant law.
Tessa's legal services are provided via her online service Landlord Law. This service is provided as part of Tessa's legal practice TJ Shepperson, which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority No 78852.

Introducing Your Law Store
A new service is born!

I am very excited to be able to tell you about my new project. This is an online legal ecommerce store called Your Law Store. I am running it in partnership with my long term web designer Gill Bishop through a new company, Zollch Ltd.
Your Law Store is now online at www.yourlawstore.co.uk. We don’t have any products there yet, but these are coming soon. For example we hope to launch my ebook on section 21 shortly, there are some lodger landlord documents which will be added soon, plus there are going to be some free products. So watch this space!
The reason we have made the site live now, is that we are signing up affiliates. So if you are interested in being one of our affiliates please complete the enquiry form you will find >> here.
As well as the paid and free online products, there will also be promotions and special offers. There are a number of ways you can find out about them:
You will also find out quite a lot by following this blog. However I will not be telling EVERYTHING here so if you don’t want to miss anything, the best thing to do is sign up to the mailing list.
Incidentially, if you are a legal author and would like us to publish your book or kit, please complete the form you will find >> here.
