I don’t have a video for you this week. Why not? Well, I have been too busy setting up my new free e course.

We are constantly reading about how many landlords, particularly landlords with small portfolios and accidental landlords, know little about their legal obligations, and about the problems that this causes.

But its understandable really. They have their jobs to do, and most won’t have the time to go on landlord instruction courses. Some may not be able to afford them anyway.
