Do you have questions about tenancy deposit adjudications?

How to win deposit disputesNext week there will be a lot of content on the blog on tenancy deposits and tenancy deposit adjudications, leading up to the launch of Tom Derretts book ‘How to win deposit disputes’.

One thing we are preparing is an interview of Tom by me, where we will be talking any tenancy deposits, deposit disputes and, hopefully YOUR question!

If you have anything you would like to ask – maybe there is something you have heard about but did not undertand, or maybe there is a problem situation you would like him to give his views on, or perhaps you just want him to comment on a legal point that puzzles you, now is your chance.

We don’t guarantee to include EVERYTHING in the interview, but we will do our best.  Remember – if you don’t ask you won’t get!

We will need your questions by the end of the weekend (11 March) – but don’t put it off or you might forget – ask it now!

Subsequent note -

The interview has now been done and is available >> here.
