Landlord Law Blog roundup from 30 April

plum flowers in rainA quiet week on the blog this week as, once again, I have been concentrating on getting my Easy Law for landlords course work done.

Modules one to three are more or less complete, so I am now moving on to module four and the statutory codes.

A bit of a dull week really.

Lets see what happened on the blog.

Monday

A readers problem from the blog clinic this one.  It sounds like she has a bit of a night mare tenant.  See what the problem was and my advice here …

Tuesday

Thats what it feels like anyway.  I quite enjoy the work but there is a lot of it.  Read all about it here …

Wednesday

What can we do to evict this terrible tenant?

I felt sorry for Mary in her situation, but was not able to give much of an answer as no proper information was given about the case.  See what advice I was able to give here …

Thursday

Section 21, deposits and a pyrrhic victory

A reader writes in about a strange decision from the Judge.  See what the real lesson from this story is though here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #56

Tweets, Shapps, the Titanic, Wil Self, Harry Potter look alikes, all grist to Bens mill this week.  See what he had to say about them here …
