With added Quiz
There are two new developments on the Landlord Law Blog this week.
First – I have launched a paid element to the Blog Clinic.
So many people are applying that I simply cannot keep up with them and I am way behind.
For example, there have been over 500 questions since the service two years ago, an average of some five per week.
So I have introduced a new ‘fast track’ service, where I will either get an answer online for people or refund their money. It will be interesting to see how many people use it.
To enable me to take the payment I have upgraded my ‘gravity forms’ plugin, and this now gives me some extra new facilities in addition to the pay pal one.
So, for example I can now do quizzes. So I am trialling a monthly ‘test yourself’ quiz – the first of which is below and replaces (for this week) the normal further reading section.
Enjoy!

The usual problem with “can”. e.g. ” 2. Tenants can always withhold rent if the landlord fails to do essential repairs* ”
Of course a tenant CAN. I CAN drive down the M4 @ 120mph… So we not mean “Is it unwise for tenants to ….”
