Well, here we are with the first roundup post of the New Year.
Lots of things happening and being planned here at Landlord Law Towers. The first thing is a new series of blog posts on tenancy agreements – which will essentially be a re-vamp and update of the popular series I did way back in 2010.
That will be starting next week.
I’m also going to be launching a ‘beta version’ of my new Changing Tenants legal kit very soon – if this interests you, make sure you are signed up to the Legal Kits mailing list by Monday morning (10 January).
But what happened on the blog?
Tuesday
The fist post of the year, and discussing our move to the Rainmaker Platform and some of the services we will now be able to provide.
Wednesday
An interview with Tim Frome of Hamilton Fraser
Apologies to Tim for the big delay in loading this up. This is the recording of my webinar with Tim last year when we talking about his work and the Hamilton Fraser Insurance services.
Thursday
What is on its way in 2017 for landlords and agents?
I take a look at what’s coming on the legal front for the private rented sector, with a few comments.
Friday
Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #278
Ben’s first Newsround of the new year. See what stories caught his eye.
