Tessa, the creator of and main author on the Landlord Law Blog, is a lawyer specialising in residential landlord and tenant law. She runs the popular Landlord Law online service and is a director of Easy Law Training Ltd. She also runs a small e commerce website called Your Law Store.
Tessa formerly practiced as a solicitor and ran her own law firm, TJ Shepperson, between August 1994 and September 2013 before closing it down to concentrate on other work.
