Tenancy agreements and information on tenancy agreements is an important part of the Landlord Law service that I provide. Sometimes people find it difficult to locate all the tenancy agreement related resources on the site, so I have done this page of links to help them:

  • If you are not sure what type of tenancy agreement you need, you can use the Which Tenancy Agreement Guide
  • Here is a page with some general information about our tenancy agreements service
  • This is the tenancy agreements downloads home page. There are links here to the downloads pages for the different types of agreements
  • Here is a link to our tenancy agreements amendments service
  • Here are some free tips for landlords and some free tips for tenants on tenancy agreements
  • Landlord Law landlord members will find information, such as FAQ and articles on tenancy agreements for landlords linked from this page
  • Landlord Law tenant members will find information, such as FAQ and articles on tenancy agreements for tenants linked from this page

As you can see, there is quite a lot on the site! Note that the tenancy agreements can only be downloaded by annual members.
