I am still feeling somewhat shattered after a very long day in London yesterday. I was chairing a conference for Central Law Training on Housing Litigation. As I live in Norwich and was anxious not to be late, that meant catching the 6.00 am train, which in turn meant rising at 5.00 am. Not something I want to do every day!
In the event I was the first to arrive, but that is no bad thing.
CLT Conferences are expensive but they do have excellent speakers. For example this one had David Smith of Anthony Gold solicitors talking about tenancy deposits, Francis Davey talking about unlawful evictions, and James Browne of Lamb Chambers talking about disrepair.
We also had a great talk from Landlord Law Blogs very own resident guest blogger Ben Reeve Lewis who talked about problems and solutions with harassment, and Nigerian death curses.
Believe it or not this is the very first time Ben and I have ever met, although we have been regularly emailing each other for months. We met up in the evening and had a long talk about some exciting new projects we may be developing in the future – so watch this space.
On the way home in the train I had an email from itunes telling me that the Landlord Law Podcasts have been approved for the itunes podcast store. So you can now download the podcasts and subscribe to the series from here.

That sounds like an interesting day out Tessa. I would very much like to have been able to sit in on the talks. Congratulations on the itunes clearance.
I look forward to a day in the not too distant future when we can download videos of the presentations you refer to in your post via your video blogs on the itunes store or direct from your site. I am sure Central Law Training could make more money by charging a small fee for downloading the talks for peeople like me who could not make it to the real event than they do at the moment from the people who can.

One of the things, long term, I am thinking of doing with Landlord Law is online training and talks. Both for landlords and for advisors. If anyone would be interested in this it would be helpful if they could let me know.
