Of all the things that I have written about on this blog, section 21 and the problems associated with it, seem to have attracted the most comment and questions from readers. For example I did a short post on misunderstandings with section 21 recently which attracted 53 comments!
As there is obviously a lot of confusion about this whole area of law, I decided to make this the subject of the first of a series of ebooks and kits I am planing to write, over the next year or so.
The book will be called Your Complete Guide to Section 21, and is now more or less finished. I will be launching it soon.
