Landlord Law Blog roundup from 29 October

This post is more than 13 years old

November 3, 2012 by Tessa Shepperson

my_senseboardIts been a very busy week.

What with cracking on with the new course, preparing for my presentation at the Norwich Buy to Let Expo next Saturday and looking after clients AND it was half term …

I’m also doing an Open University technology foundation course called My Digital life, which is a bit mad and bonkers of me as I really don’t have time for it – but its brilliant and I’m really glad I’m doing it.

I have a day school today – we’re going to start on programming.  Oooer!

But what happened on the blog last week?

Monday

The Landlords A-Z

I announce a new series.  Probably starting next week.  Thanks to everyone who has made suggestions by the way – you will find out in due course which ones I have used.  Read about the new series here …

Tuesday

Can we stay after our fixed term has ended?

A readers blog clinic question, wondering if they can stay on after their fixed term has ended. See what I and the rest of the gang think here …

Wednesday

Should bedroom doors in rented properties have locks on them?

Another great blog clinic question and again some great comments.  Take a look at them here …

Thursday

Where has all the government information gone?

I get angry.  Why is this government dismantling the information sites set up by the last administration?  Could it be that they don’t want us to know what they are up to?  Join in the rant and give your views here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday newsround #82

Ben is having problems with his heating at his rented flat.  And all to save his landlord £15.  Plus government advisors join Wonga and the mortgage prospects of the three little pigs.  Read this and all the rest here …
