Just a quick note to say that I have two talks coming up which, if you are around, may interest you.

Tomorrow – 13 February – I will be speaking at a Property Networking evening at insurance brokers NW Brown. I am going to be talking about ‘Dealing with Rent Arrears’ – always a tricky topic! Check out the details >>here.

Then on 27 February I will be speaking to the Norwich Branch of the NLA. My topic this time is ‘Essential Legal Points for Landlords’ and it is a quick whip around the things that a landlord nees to know. Insofar as the law is concerned. Details >> here.
