This post is more than 12 years old

April 6, 2013 by Tessa Shepperson

David SmithWe have a bit of a special offer on just now regarding the Conference Course I have created from the film footage of our recent conference.

If you buy it before 10.30 on Tuesday you get a special price.

The package will include audios of the speakers as well once I have done them and loaded them up – thats my task for this weekend.

There is also a free 4 1/2 minutes of David’s talk on HMO’s which you can view at the bottom of the page.

You can find out about the conference course >> here.

But what happened on the blog?

An unwanted HMO – what can the landlord do?

A landlord deliberately tries to keep the numbers down in a property to avoid having to get an HMO license but other tenants move in.  What can he do about it?  See what I had to say here …
