Landlord Law Blog roundup from 28 May

This post is more than 12 years old

June 1, 2013 by Tessa Shepperson

tilipsLots going on in Shepperson Towers just now – my son is in the middle of his GCSEs and is finally settling down to proper revision (although as I am typing this he seems to be doing some sort of game).

Been doing a lot of planning, writing a new series for Property 118, and also had a bit of a timeshift moment as you will see below.

But what happened on the blog?

Tuesday

Is this payment a holding fee or rent?

A blog clinic question this, and one which inspired quite a few good comments.  Take a look at them here …

Wednesday

Thursday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #108

Yes, I know, but I genuinely thought it was Friday – I didn’t find out it was Thursday until quite late on in the morning.  Step back in time here …

Friday

Landlord abroad, agents disappeared, tenant not paying rent

This is a blog clinic quesiton which really rams home why we NEED to have a regulated letting agent industry.  See what I mean here …
