Landlord Law Conference Exhibitors – Envirovent #lllconf

This post is more than 12 years old

January 13, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

EnviroventThis year at the Landlord Law Conference we have a talk specifically on damp and mould issues in rented property.

So it seemed at good idea to have a company exhibiting who can provide a solution!

Multi award winning Envirovent manufactures a wide range of energy efficient and innovative ventilation solutions at its Harrogate factory in North Yorkshire.

Their products improve indoor air quality in hundreds of thousands of homes throughout the UK and beyond by providing a guaranteed and permanent cure to condensation and mould.  Very useful for landlords whose properties have condensation issues.

So we are excited to have them exhibiting at our conference.  They are also pleased to be with us, saying:

“Exhibiting at the Landlord Law Conference will not only give us the opportunity to demonstrate and show off our Award winning products, it also gives us a chance to explain to Landlords the importance of having a condensation and mould free property and why it is a legal requirement under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.

It is also no longer a viable defence for Landlords to say they told the tenants to open a window.”

How true!

Find out more about the Landlord Law Conference, where you will not only have a useful day of talks, but will also have the opportunity to talk to companies serving landlords such as Envirovent.
