Landlord Law Conference exhibitors – Stewart Title – #lllconf

This post is more than 11 years old

Stewart Title Ltd
If you want to buy a property but there is a potential legal problem – for example

  • maybe the property is unregistered and some of the title deeds are missing
  • maybe you are worried that you might become liable for chancel repairs, or
  • maybe there is a potential problem about a right of way

What do you do?

The answer is of course, to take out insurance.  This is what Stewart Title Ltd do.  They can help you by providing insurance in the event of one of these (or one of a number of other property title related) issues raising their ugly head and causing you a problem.

Stewart Title deal direct with solicitors firms, the people doing the conveyancing, but of course the people who will actually benefit from their services will be  you – the property owner.

So they are coming along to the Landlord Law Conference to meet property owners and explain the services that they can offer.  As Robert Kelly, Stewart Title’s Commercial Business Manager said

” We are very pleased to be exhibiting at the Landlord Law Conference and having the opportunity to show how our products can help investors maximise the value of their property portfolio”

I think many investors will be pretty interested to hear what they have to say!
