This post is more than 11 years old

May 26, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

BlickllingWell here we are with another bank holiday – the last one until August I understand.

I hope you have been enjoying it.  We went to our local National Trust Property Blicking yesterday where they have a craft and history fair.

But what happened on the blog?

Monday

Do we have to give notice to leave if the landlord is in breach?

A blog clinic question from a tenant who wants to leave early.  See my response here …

Tuesday

The Immigration Bill is now the Immigration Act

Not much information about it just now, but we will be posting some articles about this hopefully soon.  See the bare announcement here …

Wednesday

What happens to a tenancy when the tenant dies?

There is a lot of confusion about this so I have done an information post to help.  There are also some good comments.  See them here …

Thursday

How can we get our landlord to deal with this rat situation?

Another blog clinic quesiton on vermin.  See it here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #154

Honest agents, life afloat, housing bubbles and a rant from Ben this week.  Read it all here …
