Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 15 September

This post is more than 11 years old

September 20, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

Green Coffee CupI had my second Council meeting at the Property Redress Scheme yesterday – very exciting, while we were at the meeting their new website went live.

If you are an agent or manage other people’s property, be aware that you must be a member of a scheme by 1 October (which is not far off now).  Or you risk a fine of up to £5,000.

If you don’t want a lot of faffing around, the PRS scheme would be a good choice for you.

Had a bit of a nightmare journey back from London though – flooding on the east coast line meant I had to travel back to Norwich via Cambridge and Ely and arrived back at ten minutes to midnight!

The joys of National Rail travel …
