I had my second Council meeting at the Property Redress Scheme yesterday – very exciting, while we were at the meeting their new website went live.
If you are an agent or manage other people’s property, be aware that you must be a member of a scheme by 1 October (which is not far off now). Or you risk a fine of up to £5,000.
If you don’t want a lot of faffing around, the PRS scheme would be a good choice for you.
Had a bit of a nightmare journey back from London though – flooding on the east coast line meant I had to travel back to Norwich via Cambridge and Ely and arrived back at ten minutes to midnight!
