Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 16 March

This post is more than 10 years old

March 21, 2015 by Tessa Shepperson

Landlord LawIts all happening here at Landlord Law Towers – or should I call it Easy Law Towers?

  • I’ve just got back (slightly shattered) from a two day training course on marketing & promotion,
  • Ben is spending his days being trailed by a film crew for a documentary which I understand is coming out in June,
  • We have a new Southern Region Rep (probably the first of many local reps) and
  • We have two sell out conferences!

Well, the Cambridge Conference sold out weeks ago and the Welsh Conference is about to sell out – we only have a few places left.

Heigh ho!

The future does actually look quite bright – watch this space!

But what happened on the blog this week?

Monday

Some tips for landlords on setting up a procedure for checking tenants

What it says on the tin really.  Hopefully you found it helpful – check it out here …

Tuesday

The Government Guide to Tenants on Renting a Safe Home – how helpful is it?

Not really much help at all was the general feedback although I maintain that it will be useful for well educated middle class tenants who are used to reading boring copy.  See what else we said here …

Wednesday

How can I get this smelly tenant out of my rented property?

With some difficulty is probably the most realistic answer to this blog clinic question.  Find out more here …

Thursday

Landlords rights if a tenant stays after giving notice to leave

A blast from the past this one – see why here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #196

Ben is a TV star in the making – just wait until you see him on your screens.  But there was some news too – see here …
