Its April!
And in case you hadn’t noticed, we have a new monthly theme – tenancy deposits.
It makes me wonder if I have hidden superpowers – I had no idea, back in December when I worked out the monthly themes, that we would have all these changes to write about.
We also have a new section 8 notice by the way – so if you are about to serve one, make sure (if you serve it on or after 6 April) that you use the new form – its the one that has the bullet points about ground 7A after paragraph 5.
