Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 6 July

Property Redress Scheme MeetingWhat lovely weather we have been having!

I went down to London on Friday for one of  my quarterly Property Redress Scheme Council Meetings on a glorious day – I enjoyed two lovely ‘top of the bus’ journeys from Liverpool St to Westminster, there and back.

As the Chair of the Council is Lord Palmer, a life peer, he was able to get us a room at the House of Lords for our meeting (pictured). It was a good meeting – the Scheme is doing very well indeed with numbers far up on what was originally anticipated.

The scheme is aimed particularly at the smaller agents and property managers – if this is you and you have not registered with a property redress scheme yet, you should take a look at their website now.
