If you are a landlord, property manager or letting agent in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, or Hampshire, and maybe also Berkshire, Wiltshire or Dorset, you may be interested in our new Southern Region training.

This is being developed by us with our Regional Rep, Serena Burt.

The Southern Region now has its own home on our Easy Law Training Website where you can read and sign up to the Southern Region Newsletter and find details of training courses.

Courses currently on offer are:

Essential Legal Points for Landlords – a high value course where I give an overview of the main legal issues landlords and agents need to know about (including looking at the new laws coming into force) – 24 September 2015 in Winchester

HMO Law and Practice – David Smith’s enormously popular workshop on running an HMO property within the law – 8 October in Maidstone
