Landlord Law TV is now live!

This post is more than 10 years old

September 1, 2015 by Tessa Shepperson

Landlord Law YVI have been wittering on about the Landlord Law TV thing for a while, so at last you can go and have a look at what I’ve been talking about.

Its a 25 minute program which we have published on its own Landlord Law TV website.

The first part is Ben and I sitting on chairs talking about an issue.  That is really the heart of the program and there will be a ‘Tessa and Ben in conversation’ section in all the programs.

The next part is a ‘feature’.  This week it is an interview I did with barrister Sam Madge Wyld of Arden Chambers.  It about Sam rather than about the law, but we do talk about the law and its well worth watching.

The final part is a ‘news’ section.  I’m not happy with this – it was filmed on Sunday at my Mothers and proved much more difficult than I anticipated – very cramped and I had to do the whole item in one take without moving my head – which is why I have a bit of a staring look.  Its not easy.

Still there it is, we have actually got the first episode out.  Huge thanks to my son Patrick Gee who did all the filming and editing, with some help from my web designer Gill Bishop who did the credits.

Ben and I have wanted to do something like this – a program of our own – for ages.  This is not perfect but it is a start and hopefully all future programs will be better.

The next one will be out in two weeks time.

Landlord Law TV is here, and you will find the episode page with links to all the items mentioned here.
