Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 12 October

October 18, 2015 by Tessa J Shepperson

CoffeeRoundup is a bit late this week because I sort of, well, forgot about it. Sorry!

No excuse really, I have been watching a box set of Poirot videos I got given ages ago and never finished watching.  There are rather a lot of them and I have got up to disk six.

David Suchet really IS Poirot!

I have also been doing some work with the film footage of Sam’s update workshop – you can see one of the clips I have put online here.

But what happened  on the blog?

Monday

These lunatic smoke and carbon monoxide alarm regulations

Just reporting a few things I have been told about them.  Some people disagree but hey!  Its a free country.  Take a look here …

Tuesday

Zaccheus 2000 – A charity worth supporting

Just doing our bit.  See what its all about here…

Wednesday

How do the new section 21 rules affect renewals and memoranda?

Some agents call them memorandum.  Some don’t.  I call them renewal forms.  Read all about them here…

Thursday

Is a deposit properly protected if it is protected jointly with another deposit for another property?

An interesting blog clinic question – what do you think?  Find out more here …

Landlord Law TV and an interview with David Cox of ARLA

Great interview, well worth watching.  You will have to wade through Ben and I wittering on about fees first though.  Read about it here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #225

Ben has had dog trouble. However good news from Lambeth LC.  See what the dog ate here …
