The Tessa and Ben discussion on the most recent issue of Landlord Law TV (episode 5) has me asking the Questions this time.

This is becuase the topic is homelessness and Ben is doing most of the answering (altough I manage to say a few things too).

We are also delighted to have an interview with Giles Peaker who runs the wonderful Nearly Legal Blog.

This was a very enjoyable interview to do – I have known Giles (electronically as it were) for many years and have always admired Nearly Legal.

The interview was actually done in August and has been waiting its place in the Landlord Law TV publication schedule.

A good video Tessa. But the opening “stripper music” music on these videos does make me chuckle.
