Welcome to this, the first of the Tessa and Ben surgeries, recorded on 11 November 2016.

I have a bit of a problem with duplication of names in my life. I have two assistants both called Bev and now there are two Ben’s appearing on the blog! This is Ben Beadle who is the Director of Customer Relations at TDS.
