Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 3 January

This post is more than 9 years old

January 14, 2017 by Tessa Shepperson

housesI have been speaking to various people at Alan Boswell (the specialist landlord insurance brokers) recently about insurance for both landlords and tenants (although mostly for landlords).

We are working together on developing a free mini course to help landlords understand how insurance works and the things you need to watch out for when choosing it.  I have certainly learned a lot!

This is an important topic – all landlords (if they have any sense) will need to insure their properties, and it is worth taking care to get things right.  As you will appreciate if you ever need to make a claim.

I’ll be starting work on the mini course shortly, but in the meantime, if you have any insurance related issues you would like me to cover please leave a comment and I will see what I can do.  Also if you have any stories about how things can go wrong.  We want to try to make the course as helpful as possible.  NB If you are looking for insurance now, take a look at the Alan Boswell Price Beater.
