It is an extraordinary thing but there always seems to be something to write about in landlord & tenant law / housing.
When I first set up this blog in 2006 I would never have believed that 11 years later I would still have new things to cover 5 days a week.
I say this as we are nearing the end of one long series – the tenancy agreements 33 days of tips. I have already mostly written the series that is to follow, and am planning out the one after that.
And I am very seriously behind in answering the Blog Clinic questions! Heigh ho.
But what happened on the blog this week?
Monday
An Interview with Daryl Norkett of Shawbrook Bank
I talk to Daryl about his work at Shawbrook Bank and we discuss financial aspects of the buy to let market
Tuesday
Ben Reeve Lewis writes an interesting article on a new (or maybe not so new) scam
Wednesday
Tenancy Agreements 33 days of tips – Day 31 – Renewals
This week I write about renewing tenancy agreements
Thursday
Should we make long fixed tenancy terms mandatory?
Should tenancies be forced to be on a longer term and what are the pros and cons?
