Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 16th October

This post is more than 8 years old

October 22, 2017 by Tessa Shepperson

Coffee

We have yet another consultation paper launched this week  to add to the many consultations which have been launched in the last few years by the DCLG (the full list can be seen here).

This is a  ‘call for evidence’ (in England only) and rather confusingly seems to be about both managing agents for leasehold properties and letting agents.

However, if you are one of the many many people who have had a bad experience with either of these agents – now is your chance to tell someone about it.

You can read more about it here.  But what happened on the blog last week?
