We ran a very successful workshop on Friday with David Smith on HMOs at the Cambridge Belfry Hotel – a new venue for us.

Thank you to everyone who came along.

We will be doing another workshop there in February if you are interested – with barrister Robert Brown looking at the ‘Leaseholder Landlord Law’ – the laws which apply when a landlord is also a tenant under a long lease.

You can find out more about it here.  But what happened on the blog last week?
