We have had a lot of problems with our broadband recently. Virgin Media insisted on ‘upgrading’ our (business) service while we were on holiday.
However, we came back to no broadband at all and now, although (after three days and an engineers visit) it is actually working, the speed rarely goes above 35 Mbps. We are paying for 350. Prior to the ‘upgrade’, it was in the region of 100 Mbps – which as we are running an internet business is needed.
Its been over a week now. Any suggestions?
