Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 11th November

November 17, 2019 by Tessa Shepperson Leave a Comment

morning coffee

It has been fairly quiet on the blog over the past few weeks.  I have been concentrating on getting my big course (which is being released in stages) done – and thankfully I don’t have a huge amount left to do.

I have also been working on our Black Friday promotion which should be pretty good this year.  If you want to be kept informed, sign up to the mailings.

Ben has been doing THIS when he should have been writing Landlord Law Blog posts – which is actually great and I am just sorry that, living in Norwich as we do, we have not been able to go to any of his gigs.

I do have some fun things planned for Christmas though so watch this space.

But what did happen on the blog last week?

Tuesday

Update on which ‘landlord’ a Rent Repayment Order can be made against

This article was written by Robin Stewart of Anthony Gold Solicitors

Wednesday

Letting agents using their keys to enter to show buyers round while the tenant is in bed

This was a question from a tenant asked via my Blog Clinic
