There is a certain amount of turmoil in the air as the plans to re-open the courts for tenant evictions were cancelled at the last moment on Friday when the stay which has been in place since March was extended for another 4 weeks.
Will all the arrangements that were made now fall by the wayside and the new practice direction become ‘orphaned’?
