During February and March, we will be running a series of free webinars for landlords (and anyone else who wants to attend!). The first webinar with David Smith last week went well and can be viewed here.
Our second webinar is with housing barrister Robert Brown who is at Selborne Chambers in London.
As Robert also sits as a deputy district Judge we thought a webinar on court procedures would be good so Robert will be talking about possession proceedings and how these have been changed by the pandemic.
So if your tenant is not paying rent and you are wondering if you should consider eviction – this will be a good talk for you. You should also attend even if you are not in this position as you never know and it is best to be pre-warned.
Robert will be discussing five issues and, subject to time, answering your questions.
