Green improvement support for landlords from Local Authorities -Wealden District Council to Wrexham County Council

Green ImprovementsWe continue our series on ‘green improvement’ grants and support provided by local authorities to landlords and tenants. This post covers Wealden District Council to Wrexham County Council

Wealden District Council

All available grants and funding can be found here

Wellingborough District Council

Wellingborough is part of the Northamptonshire Warm Homes Scheme. Information can be found here.

Welwyn Hatfield District Council

Welwyn council have a warmer homes scheme which can be found here

West Berkshire

All available grants and funding can be found here

 West Devon

West Devon has a LEAP and a ECO grant which can be found here

West Lancashire

All available grants and funds can be found here

West Lindsey District Council

The Lincs4Warmer homes link and other grants can be found here

West Oxfordshire District Council

West Oxfordshire is part of the cosy homes Oxfordshire scheme. Information can be found here

West Somerset District Council

West Somerset has an ECO grant as well as external advice links found here

Westminster City Council

Westminster has a variety of different grants available, which can be found from the mainpage here. Take note of the Decent Homes Grant which offers funding for energy improvements, as well as the Heating and Hot water grant.

Wigan Metropolitan Council

Information about energy efficiency can be found at the bottom of the page here. However, it does seem that Wigan do not offer any grants or funding.

Wiltshire Council

Wiltshire has the Warm and Safe Home Wiltshire grant here.

Winchester City Council

Winchester City council has a LEAP and a LAD Scheme found here

Windsor & Maidenhead

Windsor and Maidenhead are part of the heat the home counties scheme, which can be found here.

Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council

All available grants can be found from the mainpage here

Woking Borough Council

Woking is part of the Action Surrey scheme. Information can be found here

Wokingham District Council

Wokingham has an ECO grant and a help to heat scheme, both of which can be found here

Wolverhampton Metropolitan District Council

Wolverhampton is part of the warmer homes west midlands scheme. Information can be found here

Worcester City Council

Worcester has the Warmer Worcestershire and the ECO grant found here

Wrexham County Borough Council

Wrexham has a page of all the grants available here. Take note of  the NEST scheme and the Warmer Homes Funding.
