The Landlord Law Blog Audios

This post is more than 1 year old

October 16, 2023 by Tessa Shepperson

Landlord Law Blog AudiosAnnouncing a new feature on the blog – the Landlord Law Blog Audios!

Everyone is doing podcasts nowadays, and everyone is getting used to listening to things rather than reading them.

Even me!  I am an avid listener of podcasts such as The Rest is Politics, the News Agents and Newscast!  Not to mention the various Guardian podcasts.

In fact, it’s the Guardian long reads podcast which inspired this series – occasional posts which I would like to promote a bit further, being read out aloud by myself or Patrick Gee.

How to find them

Although it’s not called a ‘podcast’, in fact, technically, it is a podcast.  We host it on Acast, and it can be found on all your favourite podcast services, such as

  • Amazon Music (you will need to log in)
  • Spotify
  • Acast
  • PodFollow
  • Apple Podcasts, and (in due course)
  • Google Podcasts

So please do go and subscribe wherever you get YOUR podcasts.

So far as the frequency of publication is concerned, I suspect it will be quite haphazard.  We will record posts when we get the time, and/or when I think I would like a post to be on audio.

Bringing back some old posts

I am also going to be using this as an opportunity to promote some of our older posts, which are still relevant today.

There are a lot of them, as the blog has been around since 2006, and there are nearly 4,000 posts!

Get notified

Once you are signed up to the audios on your podcast service, you will no doubt be notified when new ones go live – or you can visit the Audios page from any of the links around the site or via the ‘Series’ link on the header above.

There is also a little ‘listen to audio version’ link button on the original text posts so you can skip over to the audio version if you prefer that.

I hope you enjoy them!

What audios would YOU like?

If there are any posts in particular you would like to have in audio format, let me know.  The best way to do this is via the Green Button messenger service on Landlord Law.

Click here to go to the Audios page now.
