Green Coffee CupThis week Gill and I have been planning out our new ebooks and various other new products we will be will be selling next year via Your Law Store.

One of them we hope to launch quite soon.  I was working on it last night.

Does the landlord have to wait for the former tenant to agree before cleaning flat?

Vanessa’s agent does not want her to let her new tenants in (found by another agency) until the outgoing tenant has agreed to the various cleaning and repair works.  But the tenant is elusive.  Does this really have to hold up the re-letting?  Find out here …
