Landlord Law Blog roundup from 1 October

This post is more than 13 years old

October 6, 2012 by Tessa Shepperson

Working hardWell here we are in October again.

Our Early Bird offer for the Easy law course was very successful and has given us our start up capital to get the course underway.

Most of the material is already written but we are using new software which has now been installed.

In fact I have already done most of the work for week 1.  Only another 13 to go!

But what happened on the blog?

Monday

Housing Law – the bigger picture – conclusions (2)

I finish my long running series and set out my conclusions.  Why not take a look and see if you agree with me?  You will find them here …

Housing Law – the bigger picture – the ebook

Having finished the series, I have put it all together in a handy ebook so you can read it all in sequence.  You can download it here …

Tuesday

Can tenants move out if the property is noisy?

A blog clinic question here – see what I have to say, and the readers comments afterwards, here …

Wednesday

Can I get the landlord for next door to do essential repairs?

A common question this.  I have some suggestions but perhaps the best suggestions come from the readers comments.  See them here …

Thursday

Mortgage company evicts ex pats tenants

A sad story this to the blog clinic. Its so hard to respond property to this type of thing when you live in Australia.  Read about it here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday newsround #78

Ben is talking about local authorities, demonising the poor and Universal Credit this week.  See what he has to say about it here …
