This is the name of a new series I am going to be starting shortly on this blog.
It is something I have been thinking about for a while.
However I need a bit of help from you. I am having difficulty with some of the letters!
In particular I’m not very happy with the items I have for the letters B, C, M, O, U, V, X and Z (with the real problem ones being X and Z).
I do have something for each of these letters but you may be able to think of something better. If you have any ideas please put them in the comments box below.
I should be starting with the series next week.

B = Before …
Z= zoo, e.g lots of pets
B) = Benefit claimants
C) = Common areas of flats and shared housing
M) = Mice, Rats and other unwelcome pests
O) = Over zealous landlords
U) = Unrelated house sharers
V) = Veterinary references for pets
X) = Xylophone – music playing tenants
Z) = Zonked tenants – drugs and alcohol
