Landlord Law Conference Sponsors – Imfuma let

This post is more than 13 years old

February 14, 2013 by Tessa Shepperson

ImfumaDisputes over tenancy deposits at the end of the tenancy is often a major flashpoint between landlord and tenants.

The key to dealing with this is to have a decent inventory from the start.

Creating detailed inventories though is not easy, so anything which helps landlords to do this is to be welcomed.  One of the best services is that provided by Imfuma Let – the all in one solution which allows you to create an inventory using your mobile phone.

So we were delighted when Imfuma Let agreed to be one of the sponsors for our Landlord Law Conference – as we feel their service is a really useful one for landlords.

What is their service then?  This is what they say about it:

Imfuna Let embraces the core skills of the inventory inspection routine and dramatically enhances the end product to produce a fast, reliable, professional report that will stand up in court.

Let provides simple deposit scheme compliance, comprehensive property inspection data in hours, transcribed dictations from your mobile device, fully customized branded reports, and a property report history available 24/7.

But what do their users say?  I contacted Mark Reynolds at Pearce  & Co as I know he uses Imfuma Let, to see what he thought.  His comments were very favourable:

You wouldn’t build a house without foundations so why start a tenancy without a detailed inventory? Using Infuma and having the ability to add pictures, irrespective if they highlight damage or not, allows us to serve our landlord and tenants effectively and give them the peace of mind that we are taking their tenancy seriously.

With an easy to use iPhone app seamlessly integrated into a web interface, the final pdf reports are of a high standard and easily viewed on iPads saving time and money. Having tried other credible alternatives we find Imfuna is hard to beat. The dictation feature is particularly impressive!

Pretty good.  Pearce and Co have a sample inventory on their website so you can take a look >> here.

You can find out more about the Imfuma let service from their website >> here, but it you come to the Landlord Law Conference, you will be able to visit their stand and ask them questions.
