Landlord Law Blog roundup from 8 July

This post is more than 12 years old

July 14, 2013 by Tessa Shepperson

coffeeI don’t know about you but I don’t really feel like working in this sunny weather.  So I feel quite pleased with myself for having got the CPD service finally up and running.

I am also pleased to see that people are starting to use the fast track blog clinic service – all of which I have been able to get online within 24 hours.  See if you can guess which ones they were!

But what else happened on the blog?

Monday

This one was pretty popular with readers and people commenting.  Its a good one to read, in particular because TDS wrote a comment on how they approach things in adjudications.  Read it here …

Tuesday

Wednesday

Friday

If a s21 notice is served does this mean tenants don’t have to give notice to quit?

Tenant only gives 14 days notice saying thats all right as the landlord had served a section 21 notice.  Are they allowed to do that?  Find out more here …

Saturday

Can these tenants be forced to re-home their dog?

A rare post on long leases, from tenants who got permission to get a dog but are now being told to get rid of it.  Some helpful comments, see them here …
