Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 9 December

This post is more than 12 years old

December 15, 2013 by Tessa Shepperson

Rent Arrears KitI have spent quite a lot of time recently doing a new kit.  This will be for landlords whose tenants are not paying rent.

It is based on the Landlord Law Rent Arrears Action Plan but is a stand alone product – mainly for Landlords who need help with non paying tenants, but who do not want to join a membership site.

It will have step by step guidance on what to do, letters and possession notices, and links to some pdf articles from Landlord Law.  So it will be a pretty good kit.

I’ll probably be launching it in a few days (if I can get my head around all the technical issues re connecting the payment up to my Infusionsoft account).

It will be hosted on my Legal Kits site – if you want to be kept informed click here – (this will bring up a pop up window).

But what happened on the blog?
