Landlord Law Conference Exhibitors – Larking Gowen #lllconf

This post is more than 11 years old

Larking GowenLarking Gowen Accountants

We are so lucky with our exhibitors for the Landlord Law Conference, we have some brilliant companies.

However, I was particularly keen to have some accountants there this year.

So I am delighted to be able to announce that Larking Gowen will be attending with two of their staff, ready to offer help and guidance on accounts issues to any delegates who need it.

Here’s what they have to say:

The lettings industry is vital to the East Anglian region. Letting properties can involve some complicated tax issues and it’s very important to get all the details right. So it pays to work with an expert.

We have been advising clients in the lettings industry for many years, and several of our partners specialise in this area. We can give you expert, up-to-date advice on every aspect of your lettings business, including key areas such as:

  •  Income and expenses
  • Capital allowances
  • Offsetting losses
  • Joint ownership
  • Energy-saving improvements
  • Tax
  • VAT
  • Selling your property

We are coming along to the Landlord Law Conference to meet property owners and explain the services that we can offer.

Ian WebsterIan Webster, partner also said:

“We are delighted to be exhibiting at the Landlord Law Conference and having the opportunity to show how we can help landlords reduce their tax bill and save money.”

I am sure that will strike a chord with many delegates and no doubt there will be a bit of a crowd around their table during breaks!

If you are not attending the conference, you can find out more about Larking Gowen via their website www.larking-gowen.co.uk.
