Things are changing in Wales. The law is moving on. Moving away in fact from English law and towards a separate Welsh housing law system.
This is of enormous importance to Welsh landlords and agents, but is also of interest to landlords and agents everywhere. Because if these changes are successful we may well get something similar in England.
One day. When the government decides to take housing law seriously.
In the meantime I want to find out what is happening in Wales, so I have persuaded Professor Martin Partington CBE, the Law Commissioner in charge of the original Law Commission report which has inspired the Welsh developments, to come and talk to me.
I am going to be asking him, for example, about the sort of changes that will be taking place, what they will mean for the average landlord or letting agent, and when these changes are likely to take place.
The webinar is completely free of charge and will be for just half an hour at lunchtime on Wednesday 7 May. You can hop on over to the Landlord Law Live website to sign up or just register using the button below.
I’ll see you there!
