The Short Guide for Landlords – our first Kindle ebook

This post is more than 11 years old

June 14, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

The Short Guide to being a Landlord“Something for the weekend Sir? …”

  • If you are a new landlord wanting a bit of guidance, or
  • a more experienced landlord wanting something landlord related to read on your kindle AND
  • you have £2.99 going spare –

I have the answer: the new edition of our Short Guide for Landlords which has just gone live on the Amazon Kindle store.

Gill and I have wanted to put one of our Your Law Store ebooks on Amazon for years but it has taken us AGES to do – we are both so busy doing other things.

However its now there, or rather here.

cover-book-left-200Of course I have been on Kindle for some time with my Lawpack landlord books, but this one is published by US!

The Short Guide’s existence is entirely down to Mark Alexander and Property118 as it came from a series of landlord posts I wrote for him.

This in turn is entirely due to Nick Tadd of Property Tribes, as we were there to meet Nick and Vanessa, but as he had driven the wrong way down the motorway (don’t mock – it can happen to  anyone) we were waiting around rather longer than we had anticipated.

Which is how we got around to discussing our websites and my writing the new landlord blog post series.

The series was subsequently turned into an ebook and we sold it for a while on Your Law Store.

However this version is completely updated and revised, with a lovely new cover design by Gill, and is yours for the princely sum of £2.99.

The Short Guide for LandlordsSo please get it, pop it into your kindle and (pretty please) write a review of it on Amazon.

NB – even if you don’t have a kindle, you can still get it and read it using one of the Kindle Apps.  (I use these now myself as I gave mine to my husband Graeme when his died.)

So you can read it on your laptop, ipad or even you iphone.  Let us know what you think of it.
