The Deregulation Bill is now the Deregulation Act 2015 and all the nonsense which came out of Superstrike has now gone.

I have spent a large part of today updating Landlord Law and doing a mailing to everyone on my mailing list (click here if you want to join it).

The other exciting bit of news (for us anyway) is that we have now SOLD OUT our Wales Conference.

If you wanted to come though it is worth putting your name on the waiting list as we do get sometimes get cancellations.
